Guernsey Trust Company Limited ("GTC") is a fully licensed fiduciary services company.
GTC is majority owned by the partners of Collas Day Advocates, one of the premier providers of legal services in Guernsey.
GTC offers an extensive range of fiduciary and related services. These include:

The Board of Guernsey Trust Company offers a blend of professional qualifications and backgrounds and balances ambition with experience.
Fiduciary services require a combination of skills and by drawing on the complementary skills and training of a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Banker, two lawyers and a Chartered Secretary; GTC's Board is ideally placed to ensure clients are given the highest levels of advice and care.

With Guernsey's continued emergence as an international IP centre, Collas Day IP offers trademark and registered design services, with patents and image rights to follow.
