Becoming a Client

In this section you will find downloadable and printable copies of the documentation required for completion in order for you to become a client of GTC.

Local regulations stipulate that we must hold full and complete Due Diligence on all of our clients.

Before becoming a client, whether forming a company or a trust, you will need to complete our Client Curriculum Vitae ("Client CV").

The Client CV is required in accordance with the guidelines issued by our regulator, the Guernsey Financial Services Commission. our own internal client risk profiling and to comply with Anti-Money Laundering Legislation, we require certain information and documentation concerning the ownership and financing of all entities for which we provide, or are being asked to provide, services.
